Rapid injection moulding

We deliver extremely rapid injection moulded parts for prototyping or short-run production.

This is achieved by using SLA 3D printed mould inserts within standardised mould bodies, allowing us to produce initial parts in as little as three days from your enquiry.

Low tooling costs make this technology appropriate for extremely small volumes, especially in contexts where you need samples which have material properties that closely match the real product, or you have features such as living hinges or clips that cannot be closely replicated by other protoyping technologies.

We aim to provide quotes by 09:00 on the day after you submit your query.

Standard lead time including next day delivery is 5 - 7 working days, but rush jobs can typically be accommodated.
